- Singapore buyers paying via Cash On Delivery will be delivered through our Delivery man for cash collection. No cheque payments for Cash on Delivery.

- Singapore buyers paying via Cash On Delivery will receive their order within 48 hours.

- Customers can also choose other services such as Fed Ex, DHL and other couriers of choice. Extra fees may apply

- Bulky items will be professionally packed before the items are boxed as to preserve the item condition during shipping.

Return Policy

• Our customer service and customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Should you wish to return your item for any reason whatsoever, we will gladly accept those returns. Please read the terms and condition below for the specific items that you are returning.We try really hard to make your wholesale shopping as painless as possible.. We only accept returns on wholesale merchandise that have not been sold to a third party by our buyer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the merchandise received before selling them to a third party.
  In order for your returns to be accepted, we ask that you follow these steps:
• You have 2 business days from the time the courier delivers to the designated shipping address to notify us that you would like to return the items.
• You need to contact us before you return the items and we will give you a Return Authorization Number to write on the outside of the box. Any items returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be credited. You can obtain the Authorization number by filling up the form on the website or by email.
• All the merchandise purchased in the lot must be in brand-new, unworn condition with all of the original packing materials with no cleaning, washing or any kind of damaging process done to any of the merchandise in the lot.
• Create an invoice with the exact quantity of items in the box that you are returning, in an even where the quantity of items are not displayed, we will reject the package on arrival.
• Returned items must be in the lot that you are sent, example, if items are sold in batch of dozen, please return a dozen, you may not return less than that.
• If a return contains less that the quantity that is bought, it will be treated as an exchange and  will be shipped back to the buyer on their expense.
  
• Upon arrival, we will count the items in the box in front of the delivery man, in an event where the number of items does not match the declared quantity stated at the invoice, we will reject the package.
• We must receive the lot within 10 days after we give your authorization to return. If we do not receive your merchandise lot within 10 days, no credit will be given.
• Once we receive your merchandise, inspect it to be sure it's as perfect as when we shipped it to you and confirm that we have received it within 10 days of issuing return authorization, we will inspect it and notify you of the amount of credit we have made to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If your Returned items satisfy our Return Policy, you will receive a full refund of the item cost, credited into your bank account or through Western Union.
• YOU ARE REQUIRED TO MARK "RETURNS" ON THE SHIPPING BOX BACK TO US IN BOLD COLOR. ( This is to avoid tax charges )
